MensSana Career Coaching in Chiswick, Richmond, Ealing, West London

About Me

I have been working as a trainer and coach for over fifteen years, for private clients and a wide range of organisations from multinational corporations to hospitals and charities. My work focuses on helping clients to explore issues, find options and new solutions going forward.

Consultations and appointments can either be on Chiswick High Road, or in Strand on the Green, near Kew Bridge.

I started my career as a trainer, specializing in Communication, Team Work and Leadership, working mainly with groups. I then trained as a Pg certified Coach, and started coaching on a one-to-one basis. I have trained in Mindfulness (stress management) at Bangor University, and Expressive Writing as a Coaching Tool, School of Psychology Cattolica University Milan.

I am a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and the Association for Coaching UK (AIF)

I am a coach at Parent Gym, a philanthropic programme in the most deprived parts of our society. I run workshops proven to increase parent’s skills and confidence and so improve the behaviour and wellbeing of their children.

I am also a mum of twin boys and a published children’s book author.

Alessia Tucci Randall is the founder of MensSana Career Coaching based in Chiswick and practices as a coach and trainer at locations in Chiswick and Kew in West London, near Richmond and Ealing, within easy reach of the District line underground station: Gunnersbury tube station, Chiswick Park tube station and Kew Bridge station. She works in English and Italian.

"Alessia, thank you so much for your support recently. You struck a great balance between listening, challenging and sharing your own observations and I came away having worked through some of the areas where I was stuck, and with a much clearer understanding of myself and what the right next step is for me and my career." “In the activities of the Department of Rehabilitation, we had Alessia Tucci as a trainer of Communication and Narrative Medicine and as a coach for the practical implementation of rehabilitation practice in daily clinical activity. We had a great benefit from this activity and we are now implementing ‘narrative approach’ in the quality process of the rehabilitation department. We hope to have a further collaboration with Alessia Tucci on international activities as well as domestic” Mauro, Head of Department of Rehabilitation Italian NHS.
